Print Purchases.
All print purchases are for personal use only unless agreed upon in writing. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute purchased images for commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property.
All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by Avery Westfall Images (Avery Rice Images effective 4/11/2026) and may not be used without permission.
Payments & Orders
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of the order.
Due to the custom nature of print products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Replacements will be provided at no additional cost for verified damage.
Limitation of Liability
Avery Westfall Images (Avery Rice Images effective 4/11/2026) is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of this website or purchased products.
